Evaluation of Second Use of Job Search for Returning TANF Clients

Description: This study will answer the following questions for state policy makers.

  1. Do additional job search workshops continue to have beneficial effects on labor market outcomes, such as employment rates and wages?
  2. Does each additional workshop help increase the client's stay on employment? By how much time?
  3. Do respondent circumstances and social service treatments that occur between job search events affect the likelihood of clients' gaining self-sufficiency and not returning to further welfare?
  4. Do respondent circumstances and social service treatments that occur between job search events affect the marginal benefit of multiple job search workshops?
