School Medicaid Match Study

Federal authorities reimburse schools for work done by their staff in facilitating access to Medicaid medical services on behalf of K-12 students who are poor and eligible for such services. The same federal authorities require that schools conduct scientifically valid time studies every academic quarter to determine the amount of work spent on such activities. This project examines the scientific rigor of the time studies proposed and recently implemented.
