Evaluation of Second Use of Job Search for Returning TANF Clients.
Getting welfare recipients employed is on the top of every state's agenda.
However, as the more employable adults move off the welfare caseloads
altogether, and as national and local economic growth slows, former
TANF recipients are returning to welfare in greater numbers. In Washington

Question becomes: is getting former recipients to repeat work search
training a useful expenditure of public money?
