RFQ 0734-293 Psychological Evaluation Services Purpose the purpose of this RFQ is to contract with licensed, qualified psychologists to evaluate individuals who are under consideration for civil commitiment as Sexually Violent Predators (SVPs), pursuant to Chapter 71.09 RCW (http://slc.leg.wa.gov).  Other duties will include conducting relevant psychological tests and providing dispositions or testimony during legal proceedings.
