2005 Mental Health Block Grant Plan

The MHD and the Mental Health Planning and Advisory Council (MHPAC) have collaborated in a year-long process to develop the 2005- 2007 Mental Health Block Grant plan. Please contact Amy Besel with any comments or questions.
