OLYMPIA -- The state Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has stopped admissions, and summarily suspended and revoked the license of Bell Adult Family Home.

The privately operated home is located at 1810 North 192nd Street, Shoreline. It is licensed to and owned by Ana Bella Cabigo.

The state took the action after finding that:

• The licensee lacks to ability and emotional stability to meet the personal and special care needs of vulnerable adults.

The provider has the right to contest the stop placement of admissions, summary suspension and revocation by requesting an administrative hearing within 28 days of state notification. The home is also prohibited from admitting any new residents pending any appeal. Current residents moved to other settings.
