Pregnant women will be asked to provide citizenship verification but will not be pended or denied for failure to provide it.
*     For a woman who had a positive home pregnancy test, we can accept her statement that she is pregnant as well as the EDD.
**    SSI recipients and clients eligible for Medicare are exempt from this provision.
***   Emergency Medical Condition applies only to the Alien Emergency Medical Program F09 and S07.
****  The income a minor receives from her parents does not need to be verified for pregnancy medical.
^     Identity is a requirement only for people required to verify citizenship.
