CLARIFYING INFORMATION

Even though the ADATSA clients no longer receive cash assistance through the CSO/ACES system, ACES coding to show client status changes from “waiting for treatment,” to “entering residential treatment,’” to “entering outpatient treatment,” are still needed. This is the only way of tracking the number of clients in each status.
