267: MAIL OR RESDNCE ADDR ON NEW SDX DOESN'T MATCH OLD SDX

This two-tiered alert is generated when the address on the new SDX is different from the address on the previous SDX record.

Compare mailing address to mailing address and residential address to residential address.

PROCEDURE

Access the second tier to this alert by placing a [Y] in the select field and pressing <F13>.

2. Determine if there are address discrepancies between the ACES system and the SDX .

3. If there are discrepancies update the ADDR screen in ACES and disposition the alert.

4. If there are no discrepancies user can disposition the alert.
