262: ER INTERVIEW APPT NOTICE NOT SENT - SCHEDULE MANUALLY

This alert is generated on a required face-to-face review and Letter 0013 – Appointment for ER, was not sent by ACES.

The user will need to schedule the eligibility review / recertification manually.

This is a review and redetermination alert.

PROCEDURE

Determine if the client is due for a face-to-face review. If so, schedule and appointment for them manually. It is too late for ACES to schedule the appointment for you.

  1. Enter Option R – Interim / Hist Change and press <F15>.

  2. Call MISC and press <F14> to access the SCHS. The current date appears in green on the schedule. Change this to the earliest date needing review.

  3. Press <TRANSMIT> and review the schedule for that date and note the available time slots.

  4. If needed, press <F13> to access the following day's schedule.

  5. press <TRANSMIT> to return to the MISC.

  6. Enter [the appointment information] in the Sched Interview fields.

  7. Press <F15> to access the DMEN.

  8. Generate Letter 0050-01 or 0050-04, Miscellaneous, as there is no appointment letter in ACES.

  9. Press <F13> to return to the MISC and call DONE.

  10. Press <F14> to create a user generated alert as a tickler for the scheduled appointment.

  11. Press <TRANSMIT> to return to the DONE.

  12. Press <F22> to update the narrative.

  13. Press <TRANSMIT> twice to return to the alerts screen and disposition the alert.
