ACES ALERTS

253: SOCIAL SECURITY / SSA DISCREPANCY - SEE 2nd TIER FOR DETAILS

Second tier information will display a split screen comparison of the current ACES data and the discrepant data received from the interface files.

The ACES data: client name, SSN, gender, DOB & CLID will display along with the interface data: discrepancy, source ( SDX, BENDEX, or Numident) and the process date or date received.

The second tier of the alert will be updated if additional discrepancy information is received.

A new alert will not generate if there is an existing alert.
