219: ER / RECERT TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR AU, CHECK SCHD STATUS

This alert is generated when ACES has tentatively scheduled an eligibility review / recertification appointment for an AU.

This is a review and redetermination alert.

PROCEDURE

1. Determine if the client is due for a face-to-face review.

2. If the client is not due for a face-to-face review.

   1. Access the case by entering Option R - Interim / Hist Change and pressing <F15> from the alerts screen.

   2. Call MISC.

   3. Enter a [Y] in the Review Send AFB field and delete the interview by entering a [Y] in the DEL field.

   4. Press <F15> to access the DMEN.

   5. Generate letter 0023-01 (Missing Verification for Interview) notifying the client of the requirement to send in the review.

   6. Press <F15> until returned to the alerts screen.

   1. If the client is due for a face-to-face review and you want to change the time of the appointment:

      1. Access the case by entering Option Y - Rescheduled Appointments and pressing <F15> from the alerts screen.

      2. Call MISC.

      3. Make the necessary changes to the appointment time and date.

      4. ACES will send the appointment letter.

      5. Press <F15> to return to the alerts screen.

3. Just disposition the alert if the client is due for a face-to-face review and you want to maintain the current appointment time and date.
