218: CASE(S) TRANSFERRED TO THIS CASELOAD


Effective January 1, 2003: Alert title changed from AU TRANSFERRED TO THIS CASELOAD

This alert is generated when an AU is transferred during overnight batch processing from one user to another. 

This alert is only generated once per head of household, not once per AU.

PROCEDURE

  1. Review the AU to determine if it is a transfer-in from another CSO.

  2. Enter Option [B], AU / Client Inquiry, in the Selection field and press <F15>.

  3. Review the case record and, if no further case action is required, update the narrative.

  4. <TRANSMIT> to return to the alerts screen. 

  5. If the case is being transferred from a user form within the CSO, disposition the alert.

  6. If the case is a transfer-in from another CSO, determine if there is sufficient information to complete the transfer-in process.

  7. Press <F3> to return to the alerts screen from inquiry.

  8. Access the case by entering Option [R], Interim / Historical Change, and pressing <F15>.

    1. If sufficient information is available to complete the transfer-in, fill in the appropriate fields, confirm eligibility, and update the narrative.

    2. <TRANSMIT> to return to the alerts screen.

    3. Disposition the alert.

    4. If there is insufficient information to complete the transfer-in, call (MISC).

    5. Write down the AUID and press <F15> to access the(DMEN).

    6. Generate Letter 023-03, Request for Information, for the required information from either <F14> or <F22>.

    7. Call (DONE).

    8. Press <F14> and create a user-generated alert as a tickler.

    9. <TRANSMIT> to return to the (DONE).

    10. Press <F22> to update the narrative.

    11. <TRANSMIT> twice to return to the alerts screen and disposition the alert.
