ACES ALERTS

209: CHILD SUPPORT INCOME MISMATCH

This alert is generated  if the difference between the child support income amount listed in SEMS and amount recorded on ACES is greater than $75.

This alert will be a two-line alert that will list up to four DCS case number(s) which payment was received on so the user can look up the payment information in SEMS.  Users still need to use SEMS to determine the correct amount(s) of child support to budget against benefits. 

This alert is generated on active GA, FS-only, and certain medical AUs(Except F01, F05, F06, F07, F08, P02, P05, S01, C-, D-, I-, K-, and L- series Medical Type codes) in that order. 

This is a month-end deadline alert.
