This alert is generated at month begin 4 months prior to the Disability End Date on the (DEM2) screen for the following clients:

• Client is an active recipient in an Assistance Unit with Medical Coverage Group G03, G95, G99, S02, S07, S08, S95, S99, C01 (Non-SSI), C95, C99, L02, L04, L95, or L99; AND

• Client has disability approval source code OI or CD; AND

• Client is less than 65 years of age during the disability end month; AND

• Client does NOT have Social Security unearned income type ‘SC’

DISPOSITION

• The user will need to initiate a disability determination referral to the Social Service worker.
