ACES ALERTS


120: SPA ON HOLD


This alert is generated the day after an AU is placed on the SPA by the user and/or ACES. A new alert will be generated each day an AU is on the SPA, and only once per head of household and not once per AUACES will delete all SPAs on deadline, the last day of the month as well as any time that Batch runs on a case in SPA. Any unfinished work on a deleted SPA will be lost.

Effective 2/2003, this alert replaced Alert 126.

PROCEDURE

  1. To determine when a case was placed on the SPA and which menu option was being worked at the time, enter Option I - SPA Inquiry and press <F15>.

  2. The HELD  displays. This screen shows the menu option used when the AU was placed on the SPA, as well as the month it was placed there. The user working on the AU when it was placed on the SPA is also displayed.

  3. Press <F3> to return to the alerts screen.

  4. To complete the work on an AU held on SPA, (the same user ID must be used on the same computer using the same AMEN option). Go to the same menu option that was being worked on when the AU was placed on the SPA.

  5. Press <TRANSMIT> and the AU is removed from the SPA and work on the AU can be completed.

    All new data (entered prior to the case being placed on the SPA) will be lost if the user enters [Y] in the Del field and presses <F24>.

    If the user presses <F3> at the SPA screen, all new data will be lost.
