118: ADD A PERSON PENDING

This alert is generated overnight when an Add a Person screening is completed. The due date is the standard of promptness deadline, determined by the assistance type for which the client applied.

This alert will no be generated when the Add a Person is done on a pending application.

DISPOSITION

ACES dispositions alert in overnight batch when the pending application for the person being added is finalized.

PROCEDURE

  1. Enter Option O - Interview and press <F15> to access the ADDR.

  2. Make changes based upon information provided by the client. Press <TRANSMIT> to return to the alert.

  3. Enter Option P – Process Appl Months and press <F15>.

  4. When finished, press <F13> to return to the alerts screen.

  5. Enter Option Q – Finalize Application and press <F15>.
