110: ER / RECERT PENDING

This alert is generated the day after an eligibility review / re-certification has been initiated on-line, if the Elig Rvw Complete field is not updated on the MISC. This alert serves as a tracking tool for pending reviews / recerts.

PROCEDURE

1. To complete the review, enter [R] - Interim / Hist Change - at the S field next to the alert for this AU and press <F15>.

2. ACES will not let the user complete the review, unless all verifications that affect eligibility and benefit level have been re-verified by re-entering the proper verification codes.

3. After required verification is received and the case updated, be sure to update the Elig Rvw Complete field on the MISC. 

4. Return to the alert screen.
