WorkFirst Contract Outcome Measures

Wage Progression and WorkFirst Returns Report
Mandates a quarterly report on performance measures of WorkFirst clients 12, 24, and 36 months after leaving the program. Those measures include: 1) Median % increase in earning and hourly wage; 2) % with earnings above 100 and 200 % of federal poverty guidelines; 3) A comparison group of similar workers who did not participate in WorkFirst, and 4) The % of Work First returns.

WorkFirst Pathway to Engagement Services and Specialized Caseloads for WorkFirst Families in Sanction

WorkFirst Employee Incentive Pilot
The department was required to establish an employee incentive program pilot for employees who work directly with participants in the WorkFirst program.  The department was required to report to the legislature on the implementation of the pilot project, including how many employees received paid annual leave, what outcomes were achieved and the savings asociated with the achievement of the outcomes.
