This is a flow Chart that illustrates the name,
hierarchy, and position of the higher-level management personnel and
the responsibility of their authority.
Sekou Shabaka is the Department of Social and
Health Services Assistant Secretary for Juvenile Rehabilitation
Administration (JRA) and is advised by the JRA Advisory Committee.
Daniel Robertson is the special assistant to Sekou Shabaka
and Barbara Glass serves as Executive Secretary.
Sekou Shabaka and his advisors are the
authoritative body over four division directors. Each division
exists as a separate function of
specific responsibilities for JRA but are inter-connected in service
toward the common goals of DSHS and the division of JRA.
Pleas Green serves as the Director of the Division of
Community Programs, overseeing the Administrative Assistant, Region
Administrators, the Intensive Parole Program and the Quality Assurance Program.
Harvey Perez, is the Director of the Division of
Operations Support Services, he oversees the Administrative Assistant,
Records Management, Capital Facilities, Information
Systems Manager, Fiscal Unit Manager and Quality Initiatives.
Robin Cummings is the Director of the Division of
Institution Programs overseeing the Administrative Assistant, JRA Medical Director, The
Institution Superintendents and The Basic Training Camp Program.
Cheryl Sullivan-Colglazier is the Director of
Treatment and Intergovernmental Services (DTIP). DTIP is the authority
over the many treatment and accountability programs JRA provides for
its youth and the community. Cheryl oversees the Administrative Assistant and
the JRA Clinical Director. Also in the charge of the director are programs
including Integrated Treatment Model, Substance Abuse Treatment, Chemical Dependent Disposition
Alternative, Co-Occurring Disorders Pilot, Sex Offender Treatment,
Mental Health, Training and Education, The Community Juvenile
Accountability Act, The Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant,
Interstate Compact on Juveniles, Community Disposition Alternatives, and Consolidated
Juvenile Services.
