Regional Service Centers for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Customer Satisfaction Survey The Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has implemented a customer satisfaction survey focused on the statewide services provided by the regional service centers on deaf and hard of hearing. This survey will be used as a quality assurance monitoring tool and is our means of ensuring your needs are being met with high quality services by each of the regional service centers. DBSC is currently developing the new system that enables Deaf-Blind persons a total access to VP using a communication facilitator (CF). CFs provides visual information to those unable to see the video screen or read visual ASL. The CFs can be used to make video relay service (VRS) and personal to personal (P2P) calls.
