How do I report Welfare Fraud in Washington State?

Report fraud using the Division of Fraud Investigation's (DFI) Online Complaint Form.

Or, Call the Welfare Fraud Hotline at 1-800-562-6906. You may talk to the Hotline Coordinator or leave a message.

Or, FAX your written complaint to: ATTN: HOTLINE at 360-438-8140.

Or, Mail your written complaint to: Welfare Fraud Hotline, P.O. Box 45817, Olympia, Washington 98504-5817.

Please use one method as all complaints are given to and processed by the Welfare Fraud Hotline Coordinator.
