Driving Directions

Entering Port Angeles from the east, stay on Highway 101 until you reach the stoplight at the triangular intersection in front of McDonalds, Golf Course Road is to your left and 101 becomes Front Street to your right. Follow Front Street for approximately 2 miles and continue driving past the intersection of Front and Lincoln. Continue driving for two blocks to the intersection of Front and Oak Street and turn left. Immediately get into the right-hand lane, cross First Street and follow the sign indicating Driver's Licensing. DVR is housed in the lower level of Armory Square with other State offices.

To reach the DVR Office from the west, Highway 101 becomes Lauridsen Boulevard as you enter Port Angeles. You will pass Albertson's grocery on your right. The next intersection is triangular, and you need to stay in the left-hand lane and drive into town. The street you are on is Lincoln Street. Drive on Lincoln Street toward the Port Angeles Harbor, crossing First Street which is one way. The next intersection is Lincoln and Front. Turn left at this intersection and drive two blocks to the intersection of Front and Oak. Turn left, get into the right-hand lane, cross First Street and follow the sign pointing to Driver's Licensing. DVR is housed in the lower level of Armory Square with other State offices.

To reach the DVR Office from Fairchild Airport, take a right to Lauridsen and then a left onto Lauridsen for approximately two miles. Passing both "C" Street and the Clallam Transit Office, you will soon find the intersection of Lauridsen and Tumwater. Turn left and then right at the first stoplight. You are now on Marine Drive which will shortly become First Street. Armory Square will be on your right approximately 2 blocks from the Port of Port Angeles. You may park on the street level or go around the block and park on the lower level. DVR is housed in the lower level of Armory Square with other State Offices.

Bus Directions

The Clallam Transit Bus has a transport interchange at the corner of Front and Oak Streets which is easily accessed by most buses. This is also within easy walking distance to Armory Square. Walk on Oak Street and cross both Front Street and First Street. You will then turn right on First Street and walk 1 block to Armory Square.
