Adolescent Treatment Conference: Counselor Camp

This workshop is focused on
treatment staff who work directly with youth primarily with addiction
and associated problems. The training takes place in a "camp-like"
environment at Camp Cispus near Mt. Rainier. This outdoor place in the
woods allows staff who work in difficult settings to recreate, learn
from others, share, and gain support. CEU's are awarded for most of the
actual time at the training, and there are chances for campfires,
barbecues, and spiritual and recovery meetings. The training is offered
at a reasonable price, so that line staff from many agencies throughout
the state can attend. The Counselor Camp is co-sponsored by the
Washington State Adolescent Chemical Dependency Treatment Providers and
