Advance warning to agencies that TARGET forms will be changing to reflect biennium changes and programmatic system changes. Agencies will see some current data elements eliminated, a couple of new data elements, and also changes in some locations of data elements on the screens and forms. One of the changes will include the need to record the date of initial contact with a client when scheduling assessment and admissions. In response to customer requests, the State of Washington Digital Certificate Program is moving to a two-year renewal period for all digital certificates. Certificates with a one-year renewal period will no longer be available. More Information (pdf)
