 “The C3 Report shows staff members who no longer work here. How do I get it to reflect the caseload for current staff members?” 

Many agencies find the C3, Active Caseload Report, a great way to look at staff caseload as well as keep track of any clients that have not had activities in a while. If a staff member terminates employment with your agency and you find it advantageous to have the C3 list the correct counselor then all you need to do is update the Counselor Staff field to correct this.

  1. Move the mouse pointer over Milestone. Click on Admission Update
  2. Search for the name of a client whose record you wish to update and select the admission
  3. Navigate to the Admission Completion screen (the last page of the admission) and update the Counselor Staff field with the name of the counselor currently supervising the client.
  4. Repeat for all affected clients.
  5. The clients will now be listed under the correct counselors in the C3 report.

Remember that the C3 (as well as C5 and C6) report does not use a date range, but give results based on the start date that you enter.
