Treatment Milestone table

• Current psychiatric medication (Takes_Psych_Meds) changed value -1 to 2 for Unknown
• Currently receiving MH services (Receiving_Mental_Care) changed 2 to 0 for No and 3 to 2 for In need.
• Domestic violence - current victim (Curr_Demestic_Violence) changed -1 to 2 for Uncertain
• Domestic violence - ever been victim (Past_Domestic_Violence) changed -1 to 2 for Uncertain.
• Drivers license (Valid_Drivers_License) No change - No is correctly coded as a 0
• Physical health care:
