Prospective adoptive parents must attend a local Children's Administration, Division of Licensed Resources Orientation or complete the online orientation. This is the same orientation that prospective licensed foster parents and relatives seeking to care for a child in Children's Administration custody must also attend. We encourage you to attend in-person so your questions can be answered.
Your local Children's Administration office can also answer questions. Ask for information about DLR home studies.
