Children's Administration, in collaboration with Tribes and community partners, will:
- Design the implementation plan during 2012 involving data analysis, cost projections, communication with field staff and community partners and creation of needed tools. Children's Administration will seek input from Tribes and community partners and continue to share information as we progress with both Tribes and community partners.
- Develop the program during 2013 to include policy and WAC revisions, office readiness assessment, training, reallocation of staff and updates to FamLink to support the program. Begin implementation of Family Assessment Response by December 1, 2013.
- Complete implementation statewide no later than January 16, 2016. A review will be completed to assess fidelity to the implementation plan. A client survey will be conducted at the end of the first year.
- Evaluation of Family Assessment Response in 2016 will be conducted by the Washington State Institute for Public Policy.
