Telecommunication Equipment Distribution Program Eligibility Information. A resource tool for case managers and contracted providers Telecommunication Equipment Distribution (TED) (ODHH)What needs program covers: The Telecommunication Equipment Distribution (TED) in the Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH), provides telecommunications equipment for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind and Speech Impaired residents of Washington state. Who is eligible: Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, and Speech Disabled residents of Washington State. Income and Resource Limits: Equipment provided on a sliding fee scale based on 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Program Requirements : Clients must complete an application form (as described below) and have the form certified by an authorized professional. How to apply/get services: Potential clients need to fill out DSHS Form 14-264 Application for Telecommunications Equipment (PDF).
