WAC 388-460-0040 When is a protective payee assigned to TANF/SFA pregnant or parenting minors?

Pregnant or parenting minors must be assigned to protective payees if the clients are:  

  1. Head of a household;

  2. Under age 18;

  3. Unmarried; and 

  4. Pregnant or have a dependent child.
