RFP 0835-314 Actuarial Services Consultant Purpose The State of Wahsington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) intends to issue an RFP 0835-314 to provide general actuarial service in the development of capitation rates for the Health and Recovery Services Administration. The services rendered will include help in the general design of rate methodology, baseline development, analysis of data, evaluation of rating strategies, as well as ongoiong consultation and analysis supporting existing or new programs.
