| Description: | As the lead manager in an office that is out of the central delivery area, this staff member will manage and work in an outstation office facility including arrangement for custodial and other office supports, and will be the designated lead worker for professional staff. In this position you will be responsible for working with staff to ensure that client needs are being met through appropriate programs and services. You will need to be able to read, understand, and teach program requirements, contract language, and procedures. You will need to communicate clearly, in writing and verbally, with clients, families, and agencies. You will represent the Regional Administrator in local government and external agency meetings. You will also have a client caseload. You will plan, train, coordinate, and evaluate the work of assigned DD Case/Resource Managers. You will also prepare reports, records, and data for case management and program development.
