Driving Directions

Take I-5 to Meridian St. exit (Exit 256A). After exiting, turn north and travel approximately 3/4 of a mile to traffic light at Westerly St. Turn left and get into center turn lane. Turn left into parking lot -- DSHS building is at the back of the parking lot. The DVR office is through the main entrance to the building, down the hall and on the right.
