You can keep medical benefits by:

1619b Medicaid: If you receive SSI and Medicaid and your earnings cause you to be ineligible for a cash benefit, you can keep your Medicaid coverage with the 1619b program. Healthcare for Workers with Disabilities (HWD): Healthcare for Workers with Disabilities (HWD) is a program which allows individuals with disabilities to buy in to Medicaid by paying a monthly premium, which is no more than 7.5% of their monthly income.
