State Plan

The federal government through the Rehabilitation Services Administration requires each public vocational rehabilitation agency to develop a State Plan that verifies compliance with all legal requirements and provides a vision for how the organization will provide services.

Partnerships around Supported Employment – Evidence of Collaboration Regarding Supported Employment Services and Extended Services
Part B Supported Employment – Goals and Plans for Distribution of Title VI, Part B Funds
Pre-Print – Part of the State Plan consists of a preprint in the form of affirmative assurance statements based on Federal statutory, regulatory and policy requirements.  The preprint also identifies optional assurances from which the State can choose.
